UNO isn’t a card game; it’s a game to see how many times you can show your ball sac to unsuspecting Xbox Live users. Which is awesome, and totally deserves a 9.9 rating.

See, if you think about the review as based on the game’s individual merit and not how much you personally enjoy it compared to other games that are in a completely different genre, the rating makes sense.
